Just a few minutes ago, former NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue, who was tabbed to hear the second round of appeals brought forward by the players involved in the Saints bounty scandal, passed down his ruling. And it is confusing. NFL spokesperson Greg Aiello is currently tweeting out Tagliabue's statement piece by piece, but it essentially boils down to this: Everything Roger Goodell accused the Saints players and coaches of doing in regards to carrying out a bounty program is 100 percent correct, but since this whole case has become a big, jumbled clusterfuck, none of the players should be fined or suspended. Um, what?
